Program Assistant and OutReach
While attending a Family Promise fundraiser Spring Sale, Marian learned about the work we are doing with homeless children. She was so inspired she started volunteering the next week. Alongside her work at the Day Center office, she is a dedicated volunteer at most fundraisers and functions for Family Promise.
Rhonda’s occupational experience is as a teacher and private tutor. Her M.Ed. from University of Edinburgh was made possible through a Rotary Foundation Scholarship. Her passion for Family Promise is reflected by a desire to connect with and encourage churches and volunteers towards active involvement with our families in crisis. She considers her 31 year happy marriage to Ron and their four adult children her crowning accomplishment in life!
Larry is a retired Assistant State Attorney and also served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General. During his last five years working for the State, he specialized in child sexual abuse cases and was the First Judicial Circuit's prosecutor assigned to Sexually Violent Predator Civil Commitment cases. He currently has a private practice in Santa Rosa County.

Ron is employed by ECUA Engineering and as a board member, records and distributes the monthly Board Meeting Minutes. Ron enjoys customer service and meeting the practical needs of others. He is a member of Immanuel Baptist where he serves in multiple capacities. He has been involved with FPSR since Fall 2011.
Pam is a retired educator, married, and a grandmother of five amazing boys. She has previously served with several nonprofit organizations; Habitat for Humanity (Ohio); South Side Settlement Community House (Ohio); United Way (Ohio); H.E.A.R.T Program (Ohio); and Beauty For Ashes (Ohio). Pamela currently serves on the Property Management Committee.
Shannan D. de Jesus
Shannan is an attorney with a private civil practice serving Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her B.A. and honors and received her J.D./LL.M. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire. She has been volunteering with children since first grade and with food security programs for over two decades. She previously represented children so they could have a "voice" in court. In addition to serving on the Family Promise Board, Shannan is also a member of the Junior League of Pensacola.
Linda is a retired community developer who believes that the best way to help a community is to help the individuals who live in it, to identify and address the issues that affect them as a whole. Linda brings to Family Promise extensive experience in fostering community participation; designing and implementing programs to help low-income families become self-sufficient; nonprofit strategic planning and capacity building; and professional grant administration. She is originally from Key West, Florida, and has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arkansas State University.
In raising her own six children as their sole provider, Godess proves herself a strong and capable leader. She serves the school children within the Santa Rosa District as a paraprofessional with diligence and love. She brings her personal devotion and passion to help others succeed through encouragement and positivity!
